Superior Temecula Insulation was founded in 2022 by a Temecula resident who had spent years watching homeowners in the Inland Valley overpay on their utility bills because of insulation that was never quite right — installed to the bare minimum at build time and left to settle and compress without anyone flagging the problem. The goal from day one was simple: do honest work, explain what we find, and leave every home performing better than it was when we arrived.
Temecula has a real two-season energy problem. Summers regularly push above 95 degrees, and winter nights drop into the 30s. Most of the city's housing stock was built during the 1990s and 2000s tract-home boom with insulation that was adequate for its era but not for today's energy costs.
