Any estimate or quote we provide — whether by phone, email, or in person after a site visit — is an estimate only. Final pricing is subject to on-site conditions and any project scope changes identified before or during installation. We will clearly communicate any scope changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with work that differs from the original estimate.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Prices may change after the expiration of an estimate due to material cost fluctuations or other factors.
All work performed by Superior Temecula Insulation is subject to a written service agreement signed by both parties prior to the start of any project. The service agreement governs the specific scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, timeline, and warranty terms for each project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement shall control.
We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board. Work requiring permits will be permitted in accordance with Riverside County and local municipal requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are defined in each project's service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit at the time of scheduling and the remainder upon satisfactory project completion. We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the service agreement.
Superior Temecula Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. Specific warranty terms — including duration, coverage, and exclusions — are stated in the written service agreement for each project.
Manufacturer warranties on installed materials (such as insulation products) are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms. We will provide you with any relevant manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by subsequent construction, water intrusion, pest infestation, or other conditions outside the scope of our installation work.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Superior Temecula Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services we perform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

You may cancel a scheduled appointment or project without penalty by providing at least 48 hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee as specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will provide you with as much advance notice as possible.
Except as expressly set forth in a written service agreement, this website and all information contained herein are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
